Invest In Yourself

Art & Sound
RESTORE BALANCE, FOSTER HARMONY, PROMOTE WELL-BEING
The Biopsychosocial Model in medicine and psychology recognizes that biological, psychological, and social factors shape health, rather than physical factors alone. From a whole-person coaching perspective, these dimensions of health and well-being are not separate. Sound, somatic, and artistic expression can evoke emotional and physiological responses, induce relaxation, and alter brainwave states, profoundly affecting spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being. They serve as tools to help you move forward with the strength, wisdom, and resources you already have.

Coaching Is Not Psychotherapy
While coaching can be extremely beneficial, it's not a substitute for therapy or mental health treatment. At Bloom Coaching Practice, trauma-informed grief methods and holistic tools are offered in a coaching context, not psychotherapy or medical care. If you need a physician, therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist, I will be happy to help with resources. Clients can work with clinicians and coaches simultaneously. Coaching can be short- or long-term, and we will construct a clear coaching agreement during the discovery session. You may terminate our coaching relationship at any time for any reason.
