My Story
My journey began quite some time ago, overflowing with invaluable experiences, challenges, and remarkable triumphs that have profoundly shaped who I am today. I've faced the heartbreak of losing my brother, father, mother, husband, step-father, and two cherished friends, while also conquering Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and navigating through 6 out of 10 Adverse Childhood Experiences and personal trauma. If you’re feeling lost or overwhelmed, remember: you are not alone. There truly is a light at the end of the tunnel waiting for you, and I'm here to help you discover the way to it!
Choosing the path to joy and healing hasn’t always been easy for me, but every misstep and hardship turned into a powerful lesson. I genuinely understand what it feels like to struggle to get out of bed, to feel hopelessness overshadowing joy, or to find comfort in destructive coping mechanisms. I know the weight of anger and the challenge of envisioning a brighter future. I’ve walked the line of isolation and loneliness, often masking my pain with a smile. With my hard-earned insights, I aspire to be a source of inspiration and support for your fresh start.
In the past, I sometimes found it easier to point fingers rather than take responsibility for my own actions and choices. I lived reactively, caught in a cycle of negativity, without a safe space to turn to or the supportive community I craved. But that has changed! As your coach, I'm dedicated to walking alongside you on your journey. Together, we’ll engage in meaningful self-exploration, ask the right questions, and establish clear goals that empower you to move forward in a positive way.
