About
My journey started long ago, filled with rich experiences, challenges, and triumphs of grief and loss that have shaped me. I lost a brother, father, mother, husband, step-father, and two best friends. As your coach, my goal is to support you on part of your journey with the right questions, deep self-exploration, and the establishment of clear goals to move you forward in a new way. I want to help you see and navigate your world in a new way after grief, loss, and trauma.
