Somatic Coaching

Somatic coaching involves working with clients to explore their bodily sensations, movements, and patterns, as well as their thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. Through somatic exercises, guided inquiry, and mindful awareness, clients learn to listen to their bodies' signals and messages, which can reveal underlying patterns, barriers, and strengths. This approach is successful for those living in fight or flight, freeze or faun mode due to Adverse Childhood Experiences and trauma.
